  • Tom graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy.

    He later earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University with a specialization in Organizational and Community Practice.

  • Tom has spent his professional life working for mission-driven organizations.

    He has had leadership roles in strategic planning, program development, stakeholder communication, risk management, regulatory compliance, performance measurement, quality improvement, legislative advocacy, and accreditation preparation.

    Tom has also served in the capacity of Board of Directors President and maintains his role as a Medical Rehabilitation Surveyor with CARF International.

  • Tom is passionate about being part of mission driven collaboration, working with teams to maximize potential and meet ambitious goals.

    Tom is motivated by the rewards that come with empowering others to embrace the opportunities that exist, no matter the current circumstances - always moving forward to overcome obstacles.
